Why a Video Script or Storyboard Matters
If I had to explain the value of a video script or storyboard to someone who’s never worked with one, I would say this: It’s like a roadmap for your ideas.
Without it, it’s easy to ramble, lose focus, or miss key points. A script keeps you on track, while a storyboard shows how each shot will flow. They’re especially helpful when working with others because everyone can visualize what the final product should look like.
I’ve realized that even with creative projects like My Filmera, having a clear plan makes a huge difference. Whether I’m brainstorming video ideas, planning a shoot, or even writing captions for my posts, organizing my thoughts first always leads to better results.
